As you may know, although I wish to do this service on a more full-time basis, I provide information I deem valuable when I am not engaged in my primary job of flying. As such it is very typical for me based on my time constraints to research and compose articles when I am on the road. I recently caught an episode of the TV show “The Doctors” that I found interesting. The topic was the over use of additives in food. It was eye opening for many and just a confirmation for me the damage that chemical and additive laden food is doing to the human organism. I have written about this very topic and various occasions. On one segement of the show, there was even reference to the use of propylene glycol in food.
